This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for a CitzPrep premium purchase. It applies to purchases made directly through the CitzPrep website.

1. Premium purchases

CitzPrep offers premium access for a fixed period (for example, 1, 7, 30, or 90 days). Premium access begins immediately after a successful payment.

2. Eligibility for a refund

Requests made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided the premium features have not been substantially used.
Duplicate or accidental charges are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are generally not provided after the premium period has largely been consumed.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including the date of purchase and the reason for your request.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
