This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for a CitzPrep premium purchase. It applies to purchases made directly through the CitzPrep website.
CitzPrep offers premium access for a fixed period (for example, 1, 7, 30, or 90 days). Premium access begins immediately after a successful payment.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including the date of purchase and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
