CitzPrep is an independent study tool that provides practice questions, mock exams, and study material for the Canadian Citizenship Test. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada, and it does not guarantee any particular result on any official test.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require payment. Prices and the features included are described at the point of purchase and may change over time. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service and its content are owned by CitzPrep or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal study.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitzPrep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
